Who we are
Northlane Enterprises LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Dallas-Fort Worth. We bid on public and private projects and deliver through a network of vetted subcontractors rather than self-performing construction work directly.
Our construction division is live today, handling procurement, subcontractor sourcing and management, pre-construction, and project management for projects across Dallas-Fort Worth. We're building toward additional divisions over time — IT services, staff augmentation, accounting, medical coding and billing, and durable medical equipment — each operated the same way: one point of contact, vetted delivery partners, and transparent process.
How we operate
We act as the coordination layer between the people who need a project delivered and the subcontractors, vendors, and specialists who deliver it. Every subcontractor in our network is vetted for active licensing, current insurance, and bonding before they're matched to a project. Every project gets a single Northlane contact responsible for schedule, budget, and communication from kickoff to close-out.
Where we work
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas — exclusively, for now. Staying focused on one service area lets us maintain a subcontractor bench we actually know and trust, rather than spreading thin across the state.
